Refunds

We offer 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. For missing or unsatisfactory items, please contact us at hello@spacefortoys.com within 12 hours from the date of items delivered and a picture of the product, and we will work with you to make it right.

We hope that this guarantee allows you to shop with confidence in our quality, and our commitment to serve you. 

However, please note that refunds are done at the discretion of Space for Toys Store and all decisions made are final.

We do not issue the refund if:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• the items delivered in good condition but are not to your liking.

Return

• For return, there is a standard return fee of $3.50. 
  Please ship the product with tracking back to us to at your own cost and risk. 
• Upon receiving and confirming that the product packaging is damaged, we will proceed with a refund (excluding shipping charges & return fee) within 7 working days.
• If the product packaging is found to be heavily damaged upon receiving on our end (ie not same with the photo send within 12 hours from the date of items delivered), we will not provide any refund, and you can choose to receive the item/s back at your own cost.

Order Cancellation

• All sales are final. No cancellations allowed.
• Returns are subjected to our review.
• Customers are advised to examine all products at point of delivery. Any breakages or discrepancies should be highlighted to us immediately.
